Of course! The free trial lasts 30 days and includes all features of the Professional plan. You can activate up to 3 users. A credit card is required to activate the trial - it ensures the seriousness of the signup and automatically activates the chosen plan if you decide to continue. No charge during the 30 days: if you cancel before the deadline you don't pay anything. At the end of the trial, choose the plan that fits best or your data is preserved for 30 days.
With annual billing you save 20% compared to the monthly plan. Payment is made in a single transaction at the beginning of the period. For example, the Professional plan goes from €59 to €47/user/month (billed as €564/user/year). We issue a regular invoice that is 100% deductible.
Basic F-GAS management (systems registry, refrigerant gas types, inspection deadlines) is included in all plans, including Starter. Automatic two-way synchronization with the F-GAS Ministerial Portal - which eliminates duplicate data entry and ensures regulatory compliance - is available in the Professional and Enterprise plans.
Absolutely yes. Upgrades are immediate and you only pay the pro-rata difference for the remaining period. Downgrades apply to the next billing cycle, with no penalty. Your data is always safe regardless of the plan.
We notify you as you approach the limit. If you add more users than your plan allows, we automatically propose an upgrade to the higher plan at the best possible price. No sudden block: your team continues to work without interruptions.
Yes! In addition to the 20% annual discount, we offer an additional 15% for teams with more than 10 active users. For activations by April 30, 2026 the monthly discount is available: -20% forever on the chosen plan, locked in regardless of future price increases.
